TERMS AND CONDITIONS — EULE Institute Last updated: 10 June 2026 1. WHO WE ARE EULE Institute is an online learning platform operated by Design Excellent Group SL (NIF B02759603), Calle Blanquerna 53, 07003 Palma de Mallorca, Spain ("EULE Institute", "we", "us"). Contact: [email protected]. By using euleinstitute.com and its courses and learning paths (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. 2. THE SERVICE EULE Institute provides access to online educational content organized into courses and learning paths (for example UX Design, Project Management and others). Content may include videos, text, downloadable materials, quizzes and assignments with feedback. The Service is delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped. 3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION To purchase or access content you must create an account with accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use. 4. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country; in Spain, 14) to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 5. PURCHASES, PRICES AND PAYMENT Prices for courses and learning paths are shown at checkout in the stated currency and include applicable taxes where indicated. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Where an installment plan is offered, you authorize the scheduled recurring charges until the total price is paid; a failed scheduled payment may suspend access until it is resolved. 6. ACCESS AND LICENSE Upon successful payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access the purchased content for your own learning. Unless stated otherwise, access is provided for as long as the Service and the relevant content remain available. You may not share, resell, copy, redistribute, publicly display or create derivative works from the content. 7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS) AND REFUNDS Because the Service provides digital content, where you are an EU consumer you acknowledge that, by starting to access the content immediately after purchase, you expressly request immediate performance and thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for that content, in accordance with EU consumer law and the Spanish Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios. Any voluntary refund policy we offer is described at checkout or available on request; your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on the Service — including videos, text, graphics, course structure and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Design Excellent Group SL and protected by intellectual-property law. No rights are granted to you except the limited access license described in clause 6. 9. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: sharing account access; downloading or distributing content except where expressly permitted; attempting to circumvent technical protections; uploading unlawful, infringing or harmful material in assignments; or otherwise disrupting the Service. 10. YOUR SUBMISSIONS You retain ownership of the assignments and files you upload, and you grant us a limited right to store and process them solely to deliver and review the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that you hold the necessary rights to any material you submit. 11. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Termination caused by your breach does not entitle you to a refund of fees already due. 12. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY The Service and its educational content are provided "as is" for learning purposes and do not guarantee any specific result, certification recognition or employment outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course or path. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights. 13. CHANGES We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be notified on this page or by email; continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it. 14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you enjoy in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain, except where consumer law grants you the right to bring proceedings before your local courts. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. 15.
